ChatGPT for Note Organization

A local magazine sent me a request for a ThReE CaR GaRaGE interview, but the questions were divided out in a fancy online form. I want to present them to the band all at once, and the form isn’t really made for multiple responses so I needed a way to take the questions and consolidate the document. I also wanted to add some helpful notes related to the content.

A screenshot of one of several questions.

So I started by taking screenshots of each question. An alternative here would be copying and pasting the text, but with multiple screens, this was easier.

The prompt with all the screenshots.

So then I wrote a prompt using plain language to describe what I needed and uploaded the images of each question.

The file upload interface. Choose between files like docs and pdfs or photos like screenshots and images.

The interface absorbs all the questions and prompt, then gives me the output, shown partially in these two output screens.

First page of output.
Last page of output.

GPT not only consolidated the questions, but, per the prompt, added some cues and bullets to the output to guide the new interview format. Now, it’s ready for the band.

PROMPT

Can you put these questions in order and also list the photo needs ? Also, if the questions are fairly general, can you add some bullets as conversation points? We are a rock band active for 30yrs.
